306 Yucca Park - Apartment Info

  1. We are not in anyway associated and have no dealings with the reception of Yucca Park.
Under no circumstances should they be contacted, as we are independent owners of the apartment.

  2. On your arrival, if the freezer door is open and a towel is on the floor in front of it, this is because it has just been defrosted. Please plug in the freezer to the left of the fridge, and place the (possibly wet) towel in the laundry basket for collection. This towel is not from your quota of towels.

  3. The drain plugs in the sink, bath and bidet, in the bathroom are operated by pushing it to open or close them. Please do not try to remove the plug.

  4. There are sheets of wood behind the sofa & all the chairs in the living room. They are to keep the chairs from touching the walls, which can damage both the wall & the furniture. Please do NOT remove those wooden spacers.

  5. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment, but please feel free to smoke outside on the patio.

  6. Rubbish / Waste - Please bag your rubbish, and place it in the "Busura", which can be found on the pavement outside, towards the taxi rank. The key is in the key box to the left of the bathroom door. We strongly encourage recycling where possible, especially plastic water bottles, which should be put in one of the many local recycling containers in the area. Nearest ones are next to the Sunwing resort just past the Hyper-Dino supermarket.

  7. The key box to the left of the bathroom door has the key for the pool gates, along with any keys that you may require during your visit. Please ensure that all keys are left on this hook in the keybox at the end of your visit. As the Pool Key is a secure key (cannot be copied) please do not take this key out of the complex.

  8. There are several electronic cockroach & ant repellers in the apartment, located in various mains sockets. When operating they show a red LED, & flashing coloured LED(s). Please do not remove the devices, as to be fully effective they must be on at all times. Please leave the one under the media cupboard pointing roughly toward the patio doors. The apartment has been treated by a specialist company, so there should be no cockroaches found in the apartment at any time.

  9. There is a double UK socket in the main wardrobe, to the right of the large safe. This socket is not earthed and is on a low current circuit. It is intended ONLY for charging mobile phones, laptops, MP3 players etc. It MUST NOT be used for high current devices such as hairdryers, iron etc.

  10. Fans & Lighting - All 3 ceiling fans can have the lights on/off and the fan on/off by use of the pull-cords. The centre cord operates the lights, and the other one can select one of three speeds, or off, for the fans. Please pull the cords gently when using them. Most of the bulbs in the apartment (including the ones in the fans) are now LED and should not "blow". If required, spare bulbs can be found in the drawers under the sink in the bathroom.

  11. We would appreciate if you would take a few minutes every few days to water the plants in the garden at the end of the patio. A hose has been provided for this purpose & can be found in the patio cupboard nearest the windows. Please keep the hose in it's cupboard out of general view. Also, please turn the tap off after use.

  12. If there is any problem with the apartment, please contact Rikki before our agent, Sonia on 00 34 *** *** ***, or Jeff on 00 34 *** *** ***. If using a local phone just leave out the 0034. Please try to call during office hours, unless the matter is urgent. Calls after 9pm should only be made in emergency situations.

  13. Please call Rikki on +44 (****) *** ***  or +44 (****) *** ***, or "drop-in" using Alexa if you think there is something I should be made aware of. Except in an emergency these numbers should only be used up to 11pm. If there is no answer, please leave a message and you will be contacted you as soon as possible.

  14. Please report any damage or breakages, however small or large, to Rikki, either by email, phone, or Alexa. This is mainly to allow us to source replacement items. We fully accept that accidents happen, and unless in the case of negligence we do not seek payment for breakages or damage during your stay in the apartment.

306 Yucca Park - End of Stay Info

  1. Please note, unless previously agreed otherwise, you must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of your departure.

  2. If any food or drink is UNOPENED at the end of your stay, please feel free to leave it on the work surface in the kitchen, or in the fridge or cupboard as appropriate. A label stating when bought would be appreciated. Coffee etc should be left in original jars, or disposed off.

  3. When leaving, please leave both safes OPEN, as this allows the next guest to enter their chosen PIN number and use the safes as soon as they arrive. This is very important, as if the safe is shut the next guest is unable to secure their valuables.

  4. Please place all patio chair cushions & sunbed cushions in the dark green plastic trunk, located to the right of the cupboards on the patio before you leave.

  5. The alarm keyfob should be hung on it's hook in the keybox to the left of the bathroom door. It must never be left in the external keysafe with the keys.

  6. At the end of your stay, please fully lock the front door using both locks, and ensure that the patio and bedroom windows are locked shut before you leave the apartment. Please leave the apartment keys (but NOT the alarm keyfob) in the keysafe outside the front door.

  7. Please ensure that when you leave the apartment at the end of your stay that you set the alarm, using the middle button at the bottom on the keypad, or use Alexa. All doors must be closed to set the alarm.

  8. Enjoy your stay in Yucca Park, and please leave some feedback when you return home. We are happy to receive your suggestions for improvements you think we could implement.
