Prices

The price for all weeks (except Christmas & New Year weeks)

For 2026 - 2 persons sharing £450 per week.

* The Christmas & New Years weeks are £700 per week for 2 sharing *

3rd person £100 per week

Notes:

The above prices of £450 and £700 are for the apartment, not per person.

When booking in advance for future years the price charged is the price for the year in which the booking is made.

All guests making a return visit will receive a £20 per week discount as a "thank you" for your continuing custom.  This applies only to apartment 306.

Our own Wi-Fi is available for £10 per week, and should be ordered when you book the apartment.  There are other Wi-Fi sources available in Yucca Park, but none of the others can be received inside the apartment.

 

Terms & Conditions

Please read our "Terms & Conditions" carefully, as sending your deposit implies acceptance of those terms.

  1. All bookings require a £100 non-refundable deposit at time of booking as confirmation, with the balance due 2 months before the start of your visit.  We will email you a reminder 1 week before your balance is due.

  2. We accept payment by cheque, BACS Transfer or PayPal (PayPal has 4% Surcharge)

  3. When confirming your booking we will email you a booking form, which we ask you to complete, print out, and include with the deposit cheque.  If paying with BACS or Paypal please send completed booking form on it's own.  It is also possible to email the completed form from within Acrobat Reader.

  4. About 10 days before your visit we email you full arrival instructions, including the "PIN" numbers for the complex, the keysafe and the alarm.

  5. The apartment is normally available to arriving clients between 1pm and 5pm depending on seasonal pressures etc.  We ask for your expected arrival time to try and ensure the apartment is ready for you.

  6. The apartment is professionally cleaned with bed linen/towels provided ready for your stay.

  7. Bed linen & towels are supplied & changed weekly.  Should you require an extra "midweek change" this can be arranged for a small charge.  This should be arranged at the time of booking.

  8. All linen & towels provided are for apartment use only, and must not be taken to the pool or beach etc. NB  We do NOT supply beach towels.

  9. Cots, highchairs or buggies can be hired - if required please inform us when making original booking. Unfortunately we are unable to supply cot linen.

  10. Smokers are welcome, but for the comfort of other guests smoking is not permitted within the apartment - please smoke on the patio outside, where an ashtray is provided.

  11. If another guest is due into the apartment, the outgoing guests must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.  If there is not another guest due that day, with prior arrangement you may check out later. (There is no charge for this service).

  12. We strongly advise all guests to have comprehensive travel insurance.

  13. It is your responsibility to ensure all members of your group have a valid passport.

  14. We cannot accept any liability over anything that we do not have control over, including, but not limited to, airlines, loss of luggage, weather, closure of facilities, death or any injury sustained by you or any member of your group (whether inside the apartment or anywhere else) however caused.

  15. Work out with the apartment boundaries is beyond our control, and there may be occasions where an advertised facility is either modified or not available.  Such situations may be caused by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions etc.

  16. All luggage including personal possessions are at all times and under all circumstances at "owners risk"

  17. Although we provide 2 safes for your use at no charge, we do not accept any responsibility for any losses from them.

  18. Apartment keys lost by guests will result in a 75 euro charge being made, which is used to change the door locks, for the security of future guests.

  19. Both Safes are operated by user selectable "PIN Numbers", and both have easy to follow instructions prominently displayed.  We strongly recommend that any valuables (passports, credit cards, laptops etc) are stored in one of the safes.  If you forget your PIN number for either safe, our agent (Sonia) has a master over-ride key for both safes, and can open them to retrieve the contents.  A charge may be levied for this service.

  20. Accommodation is booked exclusively for persons named on the booking form.

  21. Cancellations - If you cancel before paying the final balance you will lose your deposit only.  If you cancel after making the balance payment, or fail to turn up at the apartment we reserve the right not to issue any refund.  If you give us notice we will try to rent out the apartment, and should we be successful we will issue a refund based on the price that we were able to obtain.
